Service Description

Your first appointment at Wellness IS is a comprehensive introduction to our integrative healing approach. This session includes a basic Ayurvedic assessment, full health history review, and Thai Yoga Therapeutic Day #1, a general full-body balancing treatment designed to calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and restore energetic balance. This session is ideal for new clients and serves as the foundation for all future care. If you choose to continue with a 7-Day or 10-Day Therapeutic Protocol, the full cost of this initial session is applied toward your package total. Includes One-Time Membership Fee: $25
