SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy is a comprehensive therapeutic system blending Indigenous Thai Medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Native American healing wisdom, and mindful, hands-on practices. It is offered as a spiritually based service under the ministerial authority of the Native American Indigenous Church (N.A.I.C.).

This work blends structured sequences, rhythmic compression, gentle stretching, positional release, energetic balancing, and breath awareness to support your natural movement, grounding, and clarity.

What to Expect in a Session

Sessions take place fully clothed on a cushioned floor mat or supportive surface. Movements are guided with care, allowing your body to open gradually and naturally. You are encouraged to breathe steadily, stay aware of your experience, and communicate your comfort throughout the session.

 

Each session is unique, shaped by your needs and guided by traditional protocols. The pace is calm and steady, allowing your body to respond without force or strain.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.
Bring water and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
