Wellness IS was created to offer a grounded, accessible approach to traditional healing based on authentic, lineage-rooted therapeutic systems.
As an ordained minister through the Native American Indigenous Church (N.A.I.C.) and a certified practitioner through the American College of Natural Medicine (A.C.N.M.) and the Thai Yoga Center, Issy Stence honors and integrates multiple traditional systems, brought together through the SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®:
Indigenous Traditional Thai Medicine (ITTM/TTM)
Healing system focused on balancing the body's four elements (earth, water, wind, fire) with herbal remedies, therapeutic hands-on healing, spiritual guidance, and dietary advice, to treat physical, mental, and spiritual health
Native American Healing Traditions
Spiritually-based practice focused on using natural remedies from Mother Earth, as well as rituals, passed down through generations, sometimes blending with modern medicine, to address illness and promote overall health.
Ayurvedic Medicine
Ancient holistic practices focused on balancing mind, body, and spirit for overall well-being, using diet, herbs, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle changes to prevent illness and promote longevity.

Ancient holistic system focused on balancing the body's vital energy (qi) and the energy meridians in the body using herbal medicine, acupuncture (or acupressure), diet, and mind-body exercises to maintain health and treat illness.

Holistic, preventative healthcare approach where a trained counselor works with clients to assess their natural body constitution, determine any unbalances, and recommend changes to diet and lifestyle habity, according to classical Ayurvedic teachings.
